Product Introduction :

One of the oldest and most cherished spices in the world, coriander (Coriandrum sativum) holds a revered place in both culinary traditions and Ayurvedic medicine. The plant is a slender, bushy herb growing 25 to 50 cm tall, with delicate branching stems, compound alternate leaves, and a naturally pleasant aroma throughout. Its small globular fruits — 3 to 4 mm in diameter — split into two halves upon pressing, each containing a single pale white to light brown seed with a delicate, warm fragrance.

Beyond the kitchen, coriander seeds are a nutritional powerhouse, rich in calcium, phosphorus, and iron, along with essential vitamins including B-complex and Vitamin C — making them a valued ingredient in traditional wellness and Ayurvedic formulations.

In culinary use, coriander is indispensable — ground into powder or used whole, it forms the flavour backbone of curries, spice blends, marinades, and a wide range of regional dishes across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond. We supply fine-quality coriander in both whole seed and powder form to meet diverse processing and end-use needs.
